DLG SHAPE partnered with IA Design and Aston Consulting to finalise the design and deliver the Zurich Perth Office Fitout as a Design & Construct project, transforming their newly acquired space into a modern, high-performance workplace. The 700sqm fitout incorporated a range of spaces, including an arrival and reception area, flexible meeting rooms with operable walls, a visitor lounge, café, tech bar, collaboration zones, sit-stand workstations, phone and focus booths, wellness room, lockers, and utility spaces. In addition to the internal fitout works, we supplied and installed new sky signage to the top of the building, achieving installation in record timing four weeks prior to scheduled practical completion.
Through collaborative planning, attention to detail, and efficient delivery strategies, DLG SHAPE successfully completed the fitout within the required timeframe, achieving high-quality finishes consistent with Zurich’s brand and operational needs, and enabling their relocation to the new premises as planned.
