Indigenous Land And Sea Corporation

DLG SHAPE was appointed by Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation to complete a full-floor office fitout located in the Adelaide CBD. 

This time-critical project featured a nine-week construction period and consisted of new meeting rooms, quiet rooms, offices, a comms room, open workstation areas, a new kitchen and entry areas. 

Keeping noise to a minimum within the occupied floor space was essential, as was maintaining the cleanliness of lobby areas. The space was also in close proximity to a live hotel and offices (both above and below). 

To minimise disruption and meet deadlines, all members of our team planned ahead and openly communicated with stakeholders to ensure client needs were met. Defect inspections were pro-actively conducted throughout the project, which in turn led to the delivery of a defect-free space at handover.
