PM&C, L2 Breakout Refurbishment

The location of the project was at 1 National Circuit in Barton. The project involved the transformation of the existing Level 2 breakout into a fresh and comfortable new space for the PM&C Staff. The key client value was to ensure consistent communication with all stakeholders, minimise disruptions to tenants and deliver a quality product by the required date.

The client benefited through our expertise and professional approach in working in occupied and secure environments. We ensured we understood our client and client representative / team requirements, managed their expectations by communicating early and clearly for any key project issues, whilst being considerate of their needs to continue with business as usual. We took extra steps to ensure public areas and site was clean and tidy, with dust and noisy works minimised as much as possible. We were able to benefit by building on our existing relationships and delivered a PD project with the Client, Superintendent, Architect and end users extremely happy with the end result.
