PM&C – Working Your Way

The project included the complete refit of Ground Floor and Level 1 of PM&C’s premises at 1 National Circuit. New workspaces were comprised of high-quality, flexible working concepts, incorporating multiple varieties of collaborative spaces and modern workplace furniture.

The key client value was to minimise disruption though clear, constant and open communication with project stakeholders, building security and building management. Through this initiative, DLG SHAPE were able to minimise disturbance to building tenants while maintaining security protocols within and around the building.

DLG SHAPE worked closely with Evolve FM, project consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the works and design met the brief and provided value management cost savings to PM&C.
